Frequently asked questions
What ages do you care for?+
We provide licensed school-age childcare for children from Kindergarten through Grade 5.
Which schools do you pick up from?+
Daily pick-up on our air-conditioned bus is included at no extra cost, from Hillcrest, South Broadview, Bastion and Salmon Arm West elementary schools.
What are your hours?+
On regular school days we are open 2:00 PM – 5:30 PM. On full days (Pro-D days and camps) we are open 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
Is there a minimum number of days?+
Yes — minimum registration is two days per week. You can choose 2, 3, 4 or 5 days.
Can government funding reduce my fees?+
Yes. We participate in the Affordable Child Care Benefit (ACCB) and the Child Care Fee Reduction Initiative (CCFRI). Eligible families may qualify for additional funding to further reduce childcare costs.
