After-School Care
A safe, welcoming place for children to relax, connect with friends and enjoy enriching activities after the school day.
Shuswap Kids Club provides licensed after-school care in Salmon Arm, BC for Kindergarten to Grade 5, open 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM on school days. Pick-up on our air-conditioned bus from Hillcrest, South Broadview, Bastion and Salmon Arm West elementary schools and a nourishing daily snack are included in the monthly fee.

Shuswap Kids Club has proudly provided licensed after-school care to Salmon Arm families for more than 30 years! We offer a safe, reliable and welcoming environment where children can feel at home after the school day.
Our monthly fees include school pick-up, a nourishing daily snack, and plenty of opportunities for children to relax, connect with friends and enjoy after-school adventures.

Each week starts with Mindful Mondays, and children ages 7 and up enjoy weekly after-school swims.

Common questions
Which schools do you pick up from?
Daily pick-up on our air-conditioned bus is included at no extra cost, from Hillcrest, South Broadview, Bastion and Salmon Arm West elementary schools.
Is there a minimum number of days?
Yes. Minimum registration is two days per week, and you can choose 2, 3, 4 or 5 days.
How much does after-school care cost?
Monthly fees run from $245 to $469 depending on days per week. The full table is on our Program Fees page.
Can government funding reduce my fees?
Yes. We participate in the Affordable Child Care Benefit (ACCB) and the Child Care Fee Reduction Initiative (CCFRI). Eligible families may qualify for additional funding.
